Non-Profit Organization is seeking an experienced office manager to support executive staff and Board.

The ideal candidate will have no fewer than 3 years experience. Duties include AR/AP, invoicing, transcription of Board Minutes, and assisting with event programming and planning. Other tasks will include answering telephone, website maintenance and membership database upkeep. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks software, be detailed oriented, and have organizational and critical thinking skills.
