This flat apartment is downstairs and to the front of a 4-plex at 8240 Ned Avenue. It is just under 1000 square feet, has a brick and siding exterior, was thoroughly refurbished two summers ago and has since been well-maintained. October 1st or so it will be available. It is currently occupied. Details include:
