Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Information Assurance (IA) level III to join our team and be part of a dynamic small business that values its employees and strives to create a positive work environment. We provide a competitive salary, a 401K, and a medical, dental and vision benefits package.The ideal IA candidate will be able to perform the following tasks and meet the minimum education and experience requirements as outlined below:Performs penetration tests and vulnerability assessments using EyeRetina vulnerability scanner, Defense Information systems Agency (DISA) Gold disk and Security Readiness Review (SRR) scripts.Implements operating systems and network devices security configuration in accordance with DISA approved security technical implementation guides.Performs IA certification tests, security audits and risk analysis.Develop and update Program Protection Plans, Information Assurance Strategies, and other security related acquisition documentation in support of programsEnsure that security related provisions of the system acquisition documents meet all identified security needs.Develops mitigation strategies for DoD information systems.Prepares certification letters and Memoranda of Agreement (MoA) with system owners for interface and networking implementations.Develops IA related acquisition documentsIdentifies Common Criteria and National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) certified technologies.Evaluates Program IA products in use by programs to validate compliance with DoD/DoN requirementsParticipates in FLTCYBERCOM Designated Accrediting Authority collaboration callsMinimum Experience – At least eight (8) years of engineering, computer science, or information technology experience including at least six (6) years of Information Assurance (IA) experience. Experience in DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP)/DoD Information assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) DoDI 8510.01.Possess DoD approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Manager, Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M (ie, CISSP, GLSC or CISM) and are currently qualified to become a Fully Qualified Navy Validator. Demonstrated competency serving under the guidance of a level III Navy Validator with experience supporting Navy Validator activities for at least one Security Authorization Package under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).) or DIACAP. An additional five (5) years of engineering, computer science, or information technology experience including at least six (6) years of Information Assurance (IA) experience is required if the individual only possesses a High School Diploma as described below.Minimum Education - Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, mathematics or related field from an accredited program including at least eight (8) years of experience or High School Diploma with at least thirteen (13) years of experience.Company DescriptionDynamic Management Associates is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that specializes in providing high quality technical, programmatic, acquisition and financial management support services.
