POSITION PURPOSE:Implement and support technology systems hardware, software, processes, and operational objectives. Multitask numerous technology directives and support operations in concert with approved guidelines. Travel to branches for the installation, configuration, repair, and decommissioning of various systems, along with support functions. Coordinate with various departments and management on the planning, deployment, and continued success of solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Responsible for answering Help Desk calls and logging tickets via the Help Desk website.Assist co-workers as needed and perform other duties as assigned.Available for occasional after-hour projects and emergency issues.Travel to branch offices for the diagnosis and resolution of issues, along with moves/adds/changes of physical systems and solutionsResponsible for staying abreast of changes in technology, to maintain all equipment in optimal operating condition.Assists in upgrades to third party software.Other projects as may be assigned. NOTE: THE LIST OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE. IT MAY BE SUPPLEMENTED AS NECESSARY FROM TIME TO TIME. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Finger Dexterity: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movement such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together.Talking: Conveying detailed or important instructions accurately, loudly or quietly. Hearing: Able to hear average on normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Sitting/Lifting: Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, must be able to lift 25-35lbs occasionally.Vision: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, some color vision, and the ability to adjust focus for close computer work for extended periods of time. MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILLL, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Associate Degree in Business or ComputersAbility to multitask, work independently, with limited supervision, and be a team player.Friendly, cheerful and patient individual with good coaching skills.A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Networking, Troubleshooting PCs and Printers.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 7-10 desktop OS, Windows Sever 2008-2012 required.
