General Summary:The Customer Service RepresentativeA cents € (TM) s primary responsibility is to provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department, answering questions and addressing issues from members and providers.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support.
