We are looking to add a few talented people to our organization this month as a Client Services Coordinator.

The position involves:
*Calling new clients to gather required information to complete their order
*Follow up with clients throughout the year to ensure all questions have been answered
*Work with Lawyers and Senior Advisors to assist in managing their schedules and paperwork
*Work with CPAs and Accountants to manage client requests

Qualities and skills we are looking for, include...
*An outgoing personality
*Enjoy speaking with people on the phone
*Enjoy helping others
*Excellent computer skills
*Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Apps
*Happy to pick up the phone and help clients with any concerns they have
